We help children not to leave their parents. We place children whose parents are in a difficult life situation in temporary resource families instead of inpatient facilities. Why is this necessary? Every parent may face the need to temporarily separate from their child — for example, to go for treatment, undergo rehabilitation, or overcome a crisis situation. Many people do not have the opportunity to turn to their loved ones for support. The only option that is available now in this case is to place the child in a child's home or shelter. But even a short stay there is a traumatic experience that leads to severe consequences for the child's psyche. For more than three years, we have been offering another solution — we place children in resource families, where they are taken care of by professional foster parents who have received special training, support and necessarily organize communication with the parent. While the children are in a temporary family, the foundation's team helps the blood family cope with the crisis so that they can reunite with their children as soon as possible
