Thanks to your donations, 12 children diagnosed with cerebral palsy received therapeutic rehabilitation

Thanks to your donations, 12 children diagnosed with cerebral palsy underwent therapeutic rehabilitation. The little patients with neurological diseases were treated by the specialists of RC "CHAIKA". ⠀ Cerebral palsy is a complex disease, which requires timely completion of various procedures and programs. Rehabilitation of children with this diagnosis included physical therapy (to restore muscle activity), Bobath therapy, social adaptation, psychological preparation, massage and other procedures. ⠀ For each child, specialists have compiled a specific program of activities, taking into account the degree of illness, age, and developmental features. ⠀ This course gave good results and gave the sick children hope for a healthy life. Many of them improved coordination of movements and reduced impairment of muscle tone. Children became more active, sociable and try to make contact with others.
