Lyudmila Ivanovna, 75, faces a daily struggle due to the consequences of surgery—removal of the thyroid gland—which has required her to breathe through a tracheostomy since 2019. Lyudmila Ivanovna worked for more than 40 years in the Far North but now lives alone in Novorossiysk. Her fragile health and low pension prevent her from affording the necessary medications.
Our home medical care project has been a lifeline for Lyudmila Ivanovna. A nurse visits her 3-4 times a week to care for her tracheostomy, making it significantly easier for her to breathe. The foundation also helps by providing essential medications and medical supplies, allowing Lyudmila Ivanovna to continue living in her apartment and receiving the care she needs.
We ask for your support to ensure Lyudmila Ivanovna can continue receiving home medical care services for the next three months. Your donation will help us provide her with the necessary care, medications, and attention that are so crucial to her health and well-being. Let’s come together to help Lyudmila Ivanovna cope with her daily challenges and offer her the support she desperately needs.
