Umakursum is diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis of severe hyperkinetic form. After hip surgery, in order to prevent dislocation, Umka vitally needs a verticizer. Umka's mother takes care of her alone and she does not have the financial opportunity to buy this verticalizer on her own, since all funds are spent on drugs and treatment.
