Stefania has undergone an auditory-verbal rehabilitation course!

Each of us knows how important it is to be able to talk and share our thoughts and feelings. But for Stefania it remains a real struggle. Since birth, Stesha's life has been full of challenges: an organic CNS lesion, three heart defects, hydrocephalus, 4th degree hearing loss - this is just part of her story. Despite all the difficulties, Stesha fights and continues her road to recovery. At the age of one and a half she underwent cochlear implantation. Each step towards a normal life takes time, patience and, unfortunately, financial resources. Now that she is 5 years old, Stesha continues to work with speech therapists and neuropsychologists, but she needs intensive auditory rehabilitation courses to learn to hear and speak. These courses can enable her to reach her potential, but they require a significant financial investment, which is becoming a challenge for her family. Dad works to provide for the family and mom is always by Stesha's side, supporting her through this difficult struggle. They are in great need of our help.
