Valyusha is 5 years old. The girl has a very complex malformation of the brain and spinal cord – infantile idiopathic scoliosis. Her spine looks like the Latin letter S, in all projections. Until the age of 4, Valya was an orphan, so she lived in a children's home, where they did not pay due attention to her grossly developing pathology. But the girl was lucky – she was taken into her family by a beautiful woman who, in addition to Vali, brings up three other girls with disabilities. The foster mother understands the importance and urgency of surgical intervention, further intensive rehabilitation and socialization of a child with special health needs, and therefore is actively involved in Vali's health. Mom brings up four children alone. Valya had no one to leave three of them with during his hospitalization. In December, Valya underwent a complex orthopedic operation, during which a titanium structure was implanted in her back. The purpose of the operation is to straighten the spine as much as possible, thereby stopping the regression of the underlying disease. Valya had a babysitter with her during her hospitalization, because Valya couldn't do without outside help. The nanny also took care of Valya, supported her when Valya was in pain and difficult.
