Two-year-old Malik Shamsutdinov has been practicing daily with a team of hearing and speech specialists for two weeks. As a result, he began to better understand spoken language, respond to words and phrases, actively listen and fulfill requests. All of this happened because of you, my friends. Thank you for your support!
Malik was born completely deaf. Not so long ago the child received a cochlear implant in his right ear. The next important stage after the surgery is rehabilitation for speech development. And it is not as easy as it seems. You need a special methodology and a team of highly qualified specialists, including phonopedists, speech therapists, surdologists, psychologists and others. This is exactly the kind of team that worked with Malik. Adaptation and play sessions, psychological and articulation techniques improved the boy's auditory perception of speech. Malik learned to listen and respond to questions, to pronounce more words and sounds.
“My son ran to the classes with pleasure, he was interested in everything. I noticed that Malik became more assiduous, his speech comprehension and response to questions and suggestions improved. I would like to express a big thank you to everyone who helped us through this important course. Your support is very valuable for our family, tubers,” said Elnara, Malik's mom.
Now Malik continues to consolidate the acquired skills at home with his mother. It is important to practise logorithmics every day, to practise pronunciation of sounds. Parents should actively talk to the child, introduce new words into his speech, then Malik will quickly catch up with his peers in speech development and will easily go to kindergarten.
Friends, thank you for your help to the Shamsutdinov family!
