Due to your help Kristina and Sofia have undergone rehabilitation courses!

The Golikovs sisters, Kristina and Sofia, the kids under care of Movement Up Charity Foundation, underwent rehabilitation courses at Kozyavkin International Clinic of Medical Rehabilitation (Truskavets). We share with you the girls’ mom, Era, feedback. The results of the sisters’ rehabilitation are really impressive! "Our dear benefactors, on behalf of our big family we would like to thank you and Tooba charity platform for helping us with the rehabilitation course at Kozyavkin International Clinic of Medical Rehabilitation. Our girls, Kristina and Sofia, had a two-week course (intensive) and saw what they could do. And we were really surprised, though we have already gone through many hardships, we work hard to educate the girls in all spheres. First of all, Kozyavkin method is really one of the unique ones, it helps to do exercises independently. During the first week a muscle corset appeared on Kristina’s back (this part seemed to change very much). My daughter cannot sit or walk independently, physical activities did not strengthen her muscles. During the rehabilitation she strengthened her legs and now she even washes up, standing near the sink, not sitting in the wheelchair as before. Now Kristina is at home and she tries to sit down on her own when laying. She asks me to hold her little finger to do this, she says it's easier, as if it helped her. It's hard, but now she can do it due to the rehabilitation course she has taken. She does not get tired so quickly, but tries again and again. She practices consciously. Before she did everything "for mom" and now she does for herself. For the first time she managed to stand on one leg, now she keeps her back straight when walking and sitting. The muscle tone decreased, she started better to hold handrails when exercising on an athletic track or when she stands near the support. Sofia also took a rehabilitation course, and here we also noticed significant improvements: she became calm, more attentive, her muscle tone reduced, she sits straighter, walks better on the stairs and even jumps on one leg. It is so great to have new achievements! Our trip to rehabilitation was an adventure. But everything was fine, we were welcomed and we came back with new skills and new level for achievements.
