We thank you for the funds you have raised for Ismail's rehabilitation! Unfortunately, due to family circumstances the boy was unable to attend a rehabilitation course in Astrakhan.
Your help was sent to David. The boy has an autism spectrum disorder. At the age of 1.5, parents noticed a lack of speech, laughter for no reason, and a lack of understanding of dangerous situations. The child lined up objects in a ruler, did not play with other children and did not look into the eyes.
During the intensive course, teachers worked on developing the skills of "tact" and "listener behavior." David's visual perception has improved, he has become calmer and more diligent, and he has learned to "sit beautifully." The ava therapy specialist worked to improve his gaming skills, and the boy learned how to play board games, as well as wait his turn in games with other children.
David was given exercises to develop intraverbal and graphomotor skills. The child learned the correct and clear pronunciation of sounds and individual words. Thanks to classes on sensory integration and adaptive physical education, David's sense of balance improved, he learned how to keep his balance, run and jump, work out on a treadmill and even ride a gyro scooter.
As part of the rehabilitation course, the child underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, which helped to reduce excessive activity, normalized his psychophysiological state, and improved his communication skills and understanding of spoken language.
Thanks to your help, David has successfully completed a rehabilitation course! Thanks for the support!
