Meylan is eight years old, and at first glance, he is no different from his peers. But this is not so: the boy has lymphedema of the lower limb. This is a disease that, if left untreated, will lead to disability and the development of "elephantiasis".
The boy is seriously involved in football, is a member of the Surgut national team. Recently, the disease has prevented him from participating in all competitions, and he is very upset about this. His mother reassures her son, saying that his right leg is larger so that he can kick the ball harder. But the child is getting older, and such tricks no longer always work. Even in front of his friends, the boy wears long shorts to hide his peculiarity.
"Meylan is an empathic child: he always responds to calls for help, helps people, and takes care of animals. One moment moved me to tears: he took all the money he had saved up in his piggy bank and went to give it to needy grandparents,” shares the boy’s mother, Svetlana.
The boy’s family cannot pay for the operation on their own. Let’s help Meylan walk painlessly!
Пусть исполнятся его мечты)
