Children and teenagers with spina bifida often face feelings of isolation, depression or bullying. And also among the Foundation's beneficiaries there are children who are engaged in professional sports and face psychological difficulties at trainings, competitions, on the difficult path to sports victories. The Foundation has a special project of psychological support, in which qualified specialists support our children in the format of individual and group consultations. Over the past year, psychologists have conducted more than 400 consultations and we see the demand for this type of assistance. And we especially note the results of our work: psychological support helps our charges to gain confidence in their abilities, gives them strength to cope with stress and overcome difficulties on the way to success!
