Zoya and Roman lovingly welcomed Elya and Artur, who were left without parents, into their family. These children have found a home, care, and warmth, but their difficult past has left scars that now hinder their progress at school. Elya and Artur are trying hard to learn, but the gaps in their development, caused by early trauma, make school a real challenge. Teachers are unable to give them the extra attention they need, and at home, their parents do their best, but professional support is essential. Defectologists and neuropsychologists can transform these children’s lives. These specialists can help Elya and Artur overcome learning difficulties, adapt to their environment, and cope with the anxieties and fears that hold them back. However, these sessions are expensive, and for a family where the mother works as a kindergarten teacher and the father is a driver, the cost of such comprehensive support is unaffordable. We are raising funds to ensure Elya and Artur can receive the help they need to succeed in school.
