Aisha was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease - Friedreich's ataxia. The girl was also diagnosed with scoliosis and flat-valgus deformity of the feet.
Aisha developed normally until the age of two, but then pain in her legs appeared, she began to fall often and her gait became unstable. Gradually, the muscle strength in her arms and legs decreased, and the girl lost the ability to walk unsupported and could only walk a few metres. In addition, Aisha's sleep deteriorated and she became underweight.
To stop the progression of the disease and avoid complications, the girl needed regular physical therapy and massage. Thanks to your generosity and concern, Aisha was able to undergo the necessary procedures, and her condition and quality of life improved significantly.
