The Beautiful Faraway Foundation helps lonely pensioners in need. We not only prepare set meals and deliver them to 45 grandparents’ homes 6 times a week, but we also collect food packages and deliver them to another 34 needy pensioners weekly for self-cooking.
The set includes all key product groups: cereals, canned meat and fish, milk, cheese, butter and vegetable oil, pasta. This is a significant help for our beneficiaries; they could not afford to buy the same amount of food due to their extremely low incomes.
In addition to providing nutritional support, the foundation’s employees carry out an equally important mission - by visiting our elderly wards left without family support, they help the old people cope with bitter loneliness, share their warmth and give live human communication!
Using the funds raised, we purchased and delivered food packages for 17 people for one month.
