Mustafo has undergone surgery!

Mustafo was born prematurely last August. Retinopathy often affects the eyes of baby thoroplegs, but Mustafo's eyes were not detected until he was 5 months old. Time was lost, the disease progressed and the baby's eyes developed subtotal retinal detachment.

Despite this, Mustafo can see a little, and it is still possible to save his sight. The boy has already undergone two surgeries and now the next stage of surgical treatment is needed for the left eye. After the last operation, the area of retinal detachment started to improve - the area of retinal detachment has decreased.

A new operation is urgently needed: the doctors will continue their efforts to straighten and close the retina before the retinal tissue dies - this happens very quickly in babies if you allow a long break between operations.

Mustafo's mom takes care of the children and his dad is a laborer, supporting a family with two children - both sons are disabled - and cannot pay for the surgery on his own.
