Asiyat was diagnosed with congenital pathology of the central nervous system and Spina Bifida. Immediately after birth, the baby underwent surgery to correct the deformity of her spine. After the surgery, she spent a week in the intensive care unit and a month in the pathology department.

By the age of one and a half, thanks to intensive training with rehabilitation specialists, Asiyat began to sit up independently. Now she is gradually learning to walk with support. To consolidate the skills she has already learnt and to master new ones, she needs to continue rehabilitation therapy.

Recently, thanks to the funds raised, Asiyat underwent another rehabilitation programme. As part of this programme, she was engaged in an individual programme with specialists in physical therapy, bobat therapy, vota therapy, as well as with an orthopaedist and a speech therapist. In addition, she had massage sessions.
