Alina is 29 years old and lives in Vladivostok. An active, cheerful girl, she graduated from university with a degree in tourism and is actively travelling, exploring Primorsky Krai and the whole country. She plays sports and spends time with her family.
The diagnosis of Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia was a real shock for her and her parents, especially at such an age. Accepting the diagnosis was hard, but Alina realised that now she has to learn to live with the diagnosis and do everything to recover. Now she is undergoing treatment at the Regional Clinical Hospital in Vladivostok, where doctors say that the prognosis of treatment is positive. But to continue the treatment Alina needs a course of expensive medication, which her family cannot buy on their own.
