Six-year-old Lyova likes to walk with his mom, although after his stroke he has difficulty walking for long periods of time. The boy has left-sided hemiparesis (impaired movement of the left side of the body) and valgus flat feet. When his legs get tired, Lyova asks to use a stroller.
“We are going for a walk with mommy by the hand...” As soon as Lyovushka hears this song from his mom, he immediately runs to get his sandals and looks eagerly out the window. In his life Lyov has already undergone 10 brain surgeries. Doctors said that he would not be able to walk, but Lyova fought hard and learned to crawl and then walk. Now he attends a correctional kindergarten and continues his rehabilitation. Despite the difficulties, Lyova remains cheerful.
Lyova's old stroller became too small. The parents found a suitable model. But for a family where only the father works, this is an unaffordable sum.
Part of the collection is being done on the website of the Help Foundation. Help Lyova to make one more step towards recovery!
