In 2022, the charity kitchen "Dari Edu" began operating in Moscow — the first social dark kitchen format in Russia. Professional chefs prepare delicious and hearty meals for pensioners and people with disabilities.
The project's beneficiaries are seriously ill, disabled grandparents who are left without the help of their loved ones. Many of them are unable to stand at the stove, and they do not have enough money to buy cooking equipment or pay for a caregiver. Charity meals are their only opportunity to eat properly.
Every month, volunteers deliver more than 2,500 meals of soup, salad, and meat with a side dish to the beneficiaries' homes. Over three years of uninterrupted operation, the dishes and equipment in the "Dari Edu" kitchen have worn out, often break down, and require replacement. We want to update the inventory so that we can continue to cook and deliver food to those in need.
