Masha underwent a rehabilitation course

Masha is just over 2 years old. She has many difficult diagnoses – on the heart, neurology, vision and genetics.

Masha has been a refusenik since birth, so she lived in a children's home for the first year of her life, from where her foster parents took her. At that time, the girl weighed significantly below the age limit, was sluggish and apathetic. She had a gastrostomy installed for eating, as the girl could not chew on her own.

Thanks to the support of foster parents and well-organized rehabilitation measures, the emotional state of the girl has changed over the year. She smiles, maintains eye contact, and has noticeably strengthened physically.

Masha underwent rehabilitation, which was aimed at strengthening the entire speech therapy group, as well as classes with a speech therapist and a speech pathologist to launch speech.
