Arina is 8 years old. When Arina was only two, her life changed: she lost her speech and her connection with the world around her disappeared. Specialists diagnosed her with severe general speech underdevelopment, organic non-psychotic disorder, delayed mental development, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
As part of this rehabilitation course, Arina attended ABA therapy sessions, sensory integration, adaptive physical education, sessions with a speech therapist-defectologist, and also underwent a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The combination of sessions and hardware procedures had a positive effect on the girl's development, as well as her emotional and physical state.
Arina became much more attentive and patient, began to show interest in activities and the exercises she was given. Specialists worked with the girl on developing sorting skills, gross and fine motor skills, and studied verbs and new instructions. Arina's understanding of spoken language improved, and it became much easier for her to interact with those around her.
There is also positive progress in the development of the girl's visual, auditory, and tactile perception. The time it takes Arina to adapt to new rooms and unfamiliar environments has significantly decreased. Overall, the girl has become calmer and more disciplined.
Thank you so much! With your help, Arina was able to complete an intensive rehabilitation course!
