What Tooba gives a charity

Not a showcase but a tool: an audience, a dashboard, promotion and clear rules of the game.

  • An audience that already gives

Nearly 800,000 people have donated through Tooba. Your campaign lands in their feed - with no advertising spend.

  • A charity dashboard

Publishing campaigns, statuses, reports, deep links for social media and statistics for every campaign - in the admin.tooba.com dashboard.

  • Ambassadors and partners

Charities' campaigns are backed by public figures, football clubs, leagues and Tooba's partner brands.

  • Speed

Emergency campaigns close within hours: about $500,000 in a day after the explosion in Makhachkala, over $1.3 million in four days for Turkey and Syria.

  • Regions on one stage with national charities

Tooba has 125 charities from 32 regions of Russia, Kazakhstan and the UAE. A small regional charity gets the same audience as a large one.

  • Clear rules

A report on every closed campaign, beneficiary identification, no parallel collections to personal cards - donors trust because the rules are the same for everyone.

How joining works

Four steps - from the application to the first report. The review is strict, because donors' trust in every charity on the platform rests on it.

  1. Application

Tell us about your charity: registration details, website, areas of work, a contact. We reply within a few working days.

  2. Review

A legal review of the founding documents, a financial audit of the reports, a check of the reputation and of the beneficiaries' feedback.

  3. Contract and access

Accepting the license offer agreement and access to the charity dashboard. We help set up the first campaign.

  4. First campaign and report

You publish a campaign, promote it together with us, and after it closes - a report with documents and photos. That is how trust works.

What we expect from a charity

  • A registered non-profit with a valid charter and reporting
  • Readiness to publish a report on every closed campaign
  • Beneficiary identification in campaigns for a person
  • No parallel collections to personal cards
  • Its own promotion plan for every campaign

What we check

The founding documents and the head's authority, the financial reports for recent periods, the charity's reputation in open sources and the beneficiaries' feedback. After joining - regular monitoring of campaigns and reports.

License offer agreement

Charities' frequent questions

How much does joining cost?

Joining and posting campaigns are free. The platform is sustained by the charity's license fee on donations received - the terms are set out in the offer agreement on the documents page.

How long does the review take?

Usually from one to several weeks - it depends on how complete the documents are. We read the charter, check the reports and contact the beneficiaries.

What campaigns can be published?

Campaigns for a person (treatment, rehabilitation, housing) and programme ones (food aid, shelters, ecology, social projects). Every campaign is moderated before publication.

What happens after a campaign closes?

The funds are transferred to the charity, and the charity publishes a report - what was bought and who was helped, with documents and photos. Every user sees the report, not only those who donated.
