Artemiy needs a rehabilitation course!

At first, Artemy experienced a sharp stomach ache and was taken to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed acute pancreatitis. He was treated and discharged, but the pain returned. Artemy began to rapidly weaken, literally wasting away before their eyes. When he and his mother returned for a routine checkup, doctors readmitted him to the hospital.

On September 28, 2025, Artemy stood up on his own for the last time – he was brought back from surgery paralyzed. The diagnosis was severe polyneuropathy of the lower extremities, a complication that left the young man bedridden. His mother quit her job and devoted herself entirely to Artemy.

But the doctors saw great potential in him and told him the most important thing: there was a chance for recovery. He completed several rehabilitation courses, but his breakthrough came at the Yantar Center: within a week, he was equipped with a short walker. Now he exercises at home every day – on the wall bars, with the walker, and doing exercises.

The next rehabilitation course is a chance to transition from a walker to a cane, and then to walking. Artemy isn't giving up—he's fighting every day. This fundraiser will help him pay for the next course and get closer to his dream.
