Rauf has intellectual disabilities accompanied by emotional and behavioral disorders. He needs a rehabilitation course for further development.

Rauf is 9 years old. During the first 1.5 years, he developed within the normal range, but at the age of 1.7 years, he experienced developmental regression: Rauf stopped speaking, and he began having episodes accompanied by aggressive behavior and hyperactivity. Rauf also has a delay in psycho-speech development. Since 2021, he has been receiving treatment and undergoing rehabilitation courses. Rauf has gone through a long and difficult journey, and there has certainly been positive progress.

At the moment, Rauf interacts partially with other children, but he does not always respond to his name, does not understand spoken language, and cannot dress himself; he also lacks self-care skills. Unfortunately, due to the family's difficult financial situation, they cannot afford the necessary rehabilitation courses on their own.
