The large Tsechoevy family is currently forced to live in a panel house that lacks any conditions for normal living. At the same time, they have their own new house, but the interior finishing remains incomplete—they no longer have the funds or physical ability to finish it, and moving into their own home before the cold weather sets in has become critically important.

The head of the family has not had a steady income for several years due to a spinal injury. Occasionally, he found odd jobs, but for the past three months, he has been unable to work at all. At present, the family has accumulated debts, mainly related to providing school supplies and food for the children.
