Bogdan-sirota, please help pay for an important operation for the boy!

Bogdan is 9 years old, and he is from Blagoveshchensk. He has lived his whole life in an orphanage: his mother signed a waiver when he was still an infant.

Several years ago, with the help of Fond “Doroga zhizni”, he came to Moskva, where the boy underwent a full medical examination. During this time, he lived at the Sotsialnyy tsentr Fonda, where a nanny took care of him. Every day, they worked with a speech therapist, practiced speech, and did exercises to develop his motor skills. The nanny helps the boy train his facial muscles and monitors his visits to the ophthalmologist. Thanks to these activities, the boy spoke his first words.

In October, Bogdan will return to Moskva, where he will have surgery on his second eye. The first operation was successfully performed in aprel, and the boy has recovered. The surgeries will help eliminate his strabismus, and he will no longer need to wear special glasses.

The operation will be performed by one of the best surgeons, and afterwards Bogdan will spend a few days recovering and living in our Sotsialnyy tsentr.
