Abdulvagab is 7 years old. Since early childhood, the boy has experienced delays in psycho-speech development: he does not speak. He displays aggression (he may bite or hit), shows no interest in toys, and walks in circles. Abdulvagab is hyperactive and restless, and often screams loudly for no apparent reason. He also suffers from serious sleep disturbances—he hardly sleeps at night.

To overcome his developmental delay, Abdulvagab needs a comprehensive rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, his parents are unable to pay for it themselves due to financial difficulties.
