Since birth, Amira has experienced developmental delays due to a birth injury. She has difficulties understanding spoken language and is completely nonverbal. The girl has been diagnosed with: psychological developmental disorder with behavioral disturbances, systemic speech underdevelopment (ONR, level 1), and epileptic encephalopathy.
From an early age, Amira has been under the care of a neurologist. The family has consulted many private specialists, and she has undergone medication therapy and therapeutic physical exercise. Over time, they added regular developmental sessions, which the girl urgently needs. Amira has already completed a course of ABA therapy, regularly works with a speech therapist and psychologist (understanding that progress is impossible without this), and has attended speech massage and adaptive physical education. All these activities are essential for her on an almost ongoing basis.
Unfortunately, the family has faced serious financial difficulties and cannot afford to pay for this important rehabilitation course on their own.
Let’s help Amira take an important step in her development and open up new opportunities for her together!
