Isa is 6 years old. He has autism spectrum disorder (ASD). His parents learned about the diagnosis when he was 2 years and 3 months old. It was at that time that they began to notice that by the age of two, their son still had not started speaking, did not understand spoken language, did not respond to his name, and did not use pointing gestures. Immediately after the diagnosis, the family began active rehabilitation. Isa underwent courses of ABA therapy, neurodynamic gymnastics (NDG), speech massage, and worked with a neuropsychologist.
Currently, the boy attends a private special needs kindergarten. His understanding of speech is only at a basic everyday level, and he does not have expressive speech. Now, for further development, Isa needs a comprehensive rehabilitation course, which his parents, due to financial difficulties, cannot afford on their own.
Let us join our efforts and give Isa the opportunity to take this important step towards new skills!
