Danila is 6 years old and has autism. When Danila was about three, his parents realized that his development was different: he spoke very little, although he was cheerful, active, and seemed like a generally calm child. The parents began consulting a speech therapist, neurologists, and other specialists.
Danila has not yet developed full speech—he uses only a few individual words. In public places, he can be calm, but changes in his usual routine often cause him significant distress.
At the same time, Danila is very energetic and curious. He loves to run, jump, climb, play tag, and build forts out of books, chairs, and anything else at hand. He enjoys drawing and copies letters and numbers. Danila can already distinguish and point out colors, objects, and body parts.
In order for the boy not to lose the skills he has acquired and to learn new ones, he needs to continue working with specialized professionals.
