Maryam has lived with motor impairments since birth. The girl experiences difficulties walking, as well as contractures and deformities of her limbs.
Maryam has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, neuromuscular scoliosis, and calcaneovalgus deformities of the feet.
Previously, the girl underwent surgery at the G. I. Turner National Medical Research Center for Pediatric Traumatology and Orthopedics.
Maryam has already undergone rehabilitation, after which positive progress was observed. Now, doctors recommend continuing her recovery.
The course includes adaptive physical therapy, exercises for the feet and joints, massage, training on exercise equipment, and other procedures.
To undergo rehabilitation, the family also needs help covering travel expenses—specifically, the cost of two train tickets.
Please support Maryam and help her continue her rehabilitation!
