Sadyr is a cheerful and curious four-year-old boy. But immediately after birth, he began to have health problems—he found it difficult to breathe, his skin and lips often turned blue, and he was constantly tired. His parents urgently sought medical help, and the doctors gave a discouraging diagnosis: congenital heart defect. This news was a real blow for the whole family.
Sadyr underwent his first heart surgery in his home country of Kyrgyzstan, but doctors warned that further operations would be required—procedures for which the necessary equipment is unavailable there.
Sadyr is dearly loved by family and friends alike; he gets along with everyone, already knows his letters and numbers, and enjoys drawing and making crafts with his dad. He also collects vintage toy cars and dreams of seeing the real versions one day.
The family has now traveled to Moscow for a procedure to correct the heart defect using a special device called an occluder. His parents are unable to afford the cost on their own.
Let’s help Sadyr beat this illness!
