Alisa was born prematurely. From her very first months, she showed a noticeable developmental delay. Initially, doctors attributed this to her premature birth, but it later became clear that Alisa faces serious health challenges: cerebral palsy and spastic tetraparesis.
Despite this, Alisa remains an open and cheerful child. She finds joy in genuine interaction with her loved ones, trips to the countryside, going for walks, and participating in activities at her kindergarten. Yet, every day is a struggle for her. Due to spasticity, sleep issues, and the physical changes that come with growing up, she finds it difficult to relax. Without proper support, her body settles into positions that cause intense pain and can lead to severe spinal deformities.
To prevent this, Alisa needs specialized positioning cushions. These cushions help keep her body in a safe and comfortable position, reducing muscle tension and preventing further deformities.
For her family—where only her father works—the cost of these cushions is unaffordable. Please, help Alisa. Your donations will go toward the creation of positioning cushions for her and other children, as well as the purchase of essential rehabilitation equipment.
