For several months we have been announcing fees for building materials for the construction of a large center in Makhachkala for children with severe and multiple developmental disabilities. This boy's name is Surkhai, he has an autism spectrum disorder. The boy has been waiting in line for training for 2 years. He needs regular classes with specialists and constant presence in society for successful development.
