Umidahon, one of the twins, was born at the 30th week of pregnancy in a serious condition. She spent the first 3 months of her life in the hospital under the supervision of doctors. At 4 months old, the girl is diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity.
Umidahon has already been treated with an injection into the eye, but it has not produced any results. The parents were offered to operate on their daughter in Russia, as doctors in this country have been treating retinopathy for a long time. Umidakhon is now preparing for surgery.
