Foster parents give their children incredible care and love, often forgetting about themselves. This can lead to emotional burnout, which manifests in:
- constant fatigue,
- irritability,
- lack of joy in interacting with children,
- desire to be alone.
Children are highly sensitive to their parents' moods, and by the end of the year, when the exhaustion builds up and the efforts to create a festive atmosphere reach their peak, this becomes especially noticeable.
We have created a resource group for foster parents — a space where mothers can breathe, talk about their feelings, and receive support. Online sessions allow even families in remote regions to participate.
In the meetings, parents will learn how to replenish their internal resources and find strength for the difficult but important moments.
Help us conduct 10 online sessions for 20 foster parents. Your contribution will bring warmth and support to those who give love to children every day!
