Daulat Akpanovich dedicated 40 years of his life to the sea, working as a boatswain and even serving on the icebreaker "Arktika." He came under our care after losing his left leg to illness.
Our nurse Marina took responsibility for Daulat Akpanovich's care. She visited him daily at home, dressing his wounds, monitoring his health, and administering insulin. For Daulat, who struggled to reach the clinic on one leg, this assistance became a true lifeline.
Our home-based medical care project supports 35 elderly people like Daulat Akpanovich. Despite their frail health, these individuals can remain in their own homes without needing to move to a nursing home. Our help allows them to live with dignity, significantly improving their quality of life.
We are reaching out to ask for your support in sustaining our project and helping elderly people like Daulat Akpanovich continue receiving essential medical care at home. Your contribution will ensure two months of service from our nurse and provide vital care to these lonely seniors.
