Zalina was born in Saratov, but at the age of 7 her family returned to Dagestan. During her school years, Zalina excelled in her studies, participated in Olympiads and won prizes. After graduating from school, Zalina entered a technical university, and after graduating, got married and gave birth to two children - a son and a daughter.
However, the second pregnancy was difficult - Zalina suffered a COVID and almost lost the baby. A few months after the birth of her daughter, her health began to fail her - constant colds, fever, enlarged lymph nodes and severe weakness in her body. Zalina got bad results from the tests and went to the doctor. The next day, she and her husband flew to Moscow to the Russian Ministry of Health's National Medical Centre of Haematology, where doctors diagnosed her with acute myeloblastic leukaemia.
Zalina was in shock - her youngest daughter was not yet a year old, and her eldest son had to be prepared for school. But it was necessary to start treatment as soon as possible. Chemotherapy was carried out. After the first course of chemotherapy Zalina was in intensive care. A total of 10 courses of chemotherapy were given and now, finally, Zalina is in remission. But to maintain her chances of recovery in the event of a relapse, Zalina needs to be typed to find compatible donors.
Let's help raise funds for Zalina and her two brothers to be typed - a crucial step on the road to recovery and her return to her family!
