Dina thanks everyone who participated in the collection for her rehabilitation after a stroke. "The main achievement of this period is the development and strengthening of walking skills with a walker with knee support from an instructor. The time of verticalization has also increased - up to 40 minutes in motion. Throughout all the exercise therapy sessions, we strengthened the lower back and buttocks, the upper and lower shoulder girdle with the help of exercises. Thanks to this, the internal sensitivity in the left leg has improved, and a little more motor activity has appeared in the right one. Any improvements on the path to recovery are very inspiring, pleasing and instill faith and optimism to work further. Now the goal is to maintain and improve the gained shape while staying at home," Dina writes about her successes.
