More than 350 children and young people with mental disabilities cannot go to school. The Life Without Tears Foundation regularly teaches 300 children with disabilities, and cannot accept more into the existing center. Parents of those on the waiting list are left either to pay for classes at private institutions or stay at home with their children. The Foundation is building a specialized center for 350 children and young people with disabilities - Down syndrome, ASD, cerebral palsy, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. In this center, the children will study free of charge and on a regular basis. At the moment, the Foundation is building the second floor of the third building.
