Emir is 8 years old, he has residual encephalopathy in the form of severe delayed speech development with autistic manifestations, sensorimotor alalia, subclinical epileptic activity. The boy was born with a double entanglement of the umbilical cord, hypoxia. From the first months of life, parents noticed that the child was developing with a lag, could not hold his head well, started sitting late, and started walking at 2 years and 6 months. The Emir is registered with a neurologist. The boy does not speak, partially understands the spoken speech, does not contact others. The Emir is not assiduous, hyperactive, lacks social and household skills, does not play with toys, throws everything around. To overcome the developmental delay, Emir needs to undergo intensive rehabilitation with highly specialized specialists and a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
