The Zakyat Charitable Foundation, together with the Lebanese Takaful Foundation, provided food aid to Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Lebanon. During the visit to the camp, food kits were distributed, including cereals, sunflower oil, flour, dates and bedding. At the moment, the situation is critical. The economic crisis has worsened the plight of the Palestinians: there is no fire or food in their homes. Internally displaced people are in distress, many starving for days at a time because they have no money to buy food and basic necessities. Food aid from Russians has become a tangible support and salvation. Refugees sincerely thank their brothers from Russia for their substantial help and support during a difficult time in their lives.

Refugees need food aid!

Once again we have seen that Syrian refugees are having a hard time, and the harsh winter has led to more hardships and disasters, the destruction of tents, and the deaths of children and adults. And we are not left out of the problems of those who need us! Zakyat Foundation goes to Lebanon to provide food aid to Syrian refugees living in tent camps. The Zakyat Charitable Foundation is building certain logistics so that donations from good people will reach the suffering children of the Middle East. Raising funds as part of this campaign is one of the opportunities for us to earn the mercy of the Almighty and help those in need. Only through our joint efforts will we be able to provide the refugees with basic necessities, food packages, clothing, fuel and the opportunity to survive.
