Mohinoor will be two years old in the summer. She is a real fashionista - she loves brightly colored dresses, playing princesses and taking care of her toy dog.
At the end of last year, doctors diagnosed the girl with retinal cancer. The parents brought their daughter to Moscow to the Blokhin Cancer Center in the hope of saving her eye. With the support of our foundation, Mohinur was given several courses of selective intra-arterial chemotherapy (SIACHT), which slows down the growth of the tumor.
But, unfortunately, the disease was stronger and the left eye could not be saved. Worse, examinations showed that the disease had spread to the other eye. There was a risk of losing it too. Therefore, doctors urgently prescribed chemotherapy to stop the spread of the tumor. Now the fight is not only for her sight, but also for her life.
Mokhinur and her parents are not Russian citizens, chemotherapy for her is paid.
