Suleiman is 10 years old. At the age of 4, the boy was diagnosed with mental retardation, attention deficit disorder with elements of autism spectrum disorder.
The behavioral analyst was working on the introduction of the alternative PECS communication system for Suleiman (communication using special cards). Now he can build whole phrases based on a visual cue. At the moment, the boy is able to distinguish 6 colors in arbitrary rotation, distinguish objects by function in the "complete phrase" format and follow instructions for two consecutive actions.
Thanks to classes with an adaptive physical education coach, Suleiman has become much more resilient and physically stronger. He learned many new skills, for example, he learned how to overcome an obstacle course, perform more complex exercises with a hoop, a ball and a rope, did exercises with dumbbells, worked out on simulators.
