Muhammadamir was born prematurely, weighing only 1,535 grams. When he was six months old, doctors discovered that he had retinopathy of prematurity, a serious condition that can lead to complete loss of vision.
Despite the difficulties, Muhammadamir has already undergone three complicated eye surgeries. He owes one of them to the kind Tubers who helped raise funds in the autumn. Thanks to this, he started to see in one eye!
Now the baby needs another operation to save the other eye. Time is extremely limited - the tissues of the eye may die, and the chance to restore sight will be lost forever.
