6-year-old Andrei Laptander from a small village in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug may have a heart failure at any moment. His heart stopped twice in the last six months.
First time it happened in October. Andrei did not wake up with the others after a nap time in his preschool. The boy was unsuccessfully awakened, shaken, and given heart massage and artificial respiration. The second attack happened in a local hospital, where Andrei went for examination. 40 minutes between life and death, and good luck again.
