Miroslava is an orphan with a severe congenital diagnosis, who has been living in an orphanage for the disabled in the Ulyanovsk region since birth.
The girl has been undergoing treatment in St. Petersburg for 2 years. In the summer, Miroslava underwent another operation in a state clinic, after which she needs to undergo a long course of rehabilitation. The girl uses only a wheelchair and cannot fully serve herself, she is constantly helped by a babysitter.
In addition to improving health, Mira needs the help of specialists, a psychologist and an AVA therapist, in order to develop social and household skills. This will increase her chances to find a family!
Unfortunately, most of the time, children in orphanages are lagging behind in development, and orphans with special needs are even more so. The help of specialists for such children allows them to adapt to the external environment faster, learn how to communicate correctly and instill motivation for learning and developing independence.
