Dasha from the Transbaikal region came to us very closed-off and nervous. She is three years old and did not know many things that her peers could do. Moscow doctors conducted an examination, clarified the diagnosis, and prescribed treatment. It turned out that the girl has a rare genetic disease. Fortunately, it is one of those conditions where treatment can be tailored to improve the quality of life.
Dasha began taking medication and blossomed before the eyes of the staff at the Social Center of the "Road of Life" Foundation. The girl started to smile, show interest in the world around her, joyfully interact with other children, and take interest in activities with specialists. The girl has her own nanny, whose work we paid for with your help.
The nanny taught Dasha to eat independently, took her to classes, played, and walked with her. Now the girl is unrecognizable — she is an ordinary three-year-old child. Thank you for helping to pay for the nanny's work!
If you want to continue helping children, please check out other current fundraising efforts of the "Road of Life" Foundation. Together we can do more!
