Little Umar is only 10 months old and is the favorite youngest son in a big family. He loves to play with musical rattles and cars.
In December 2024, his parents noticed a glow in Umar's eyes and went to the doctor. After examination the boy was diagnosed with retinal cancer in both eyes. Back home in Uzbekistan, the boy's parents were offered eye removal to prevent further spread of the disease. In order to save his eyesight, the boy's family decided to go to Russia for treatment. In a Moscow clinic Umar was examined and prescribed a course of chemotherapy, which should begin soon.
Since Umar is a foreign citizen, all treatment is paid for. Umar's family cannot afford such expensive treatment, they need our help very much! Umar has two older brothers and a sister waiting for him at home. They miss their younger brother and hope for a quick family reunion.
Let's work together to help Umar recover and return home!
