Osman is 5 years old. He has a delayed speech development (ASD) with an autism spectrum disorder.
Since birth, Osman has been a calm and healthy child, developing in accordance with the norms. However, at the age of 2 years and 8 months, after undergoing surgery, he lost all previously acquired skills. Osman stopped talking, he began to have constant tantrums, manifestations of stereotypical behavior, he began to chew his clothes and have difficulty eating.
